Deck overview

This deck is a Simic midrange powerhouse piloted by Círdan the Shipwright, blending voting mechanics, political bargaining, and high-impact permanent cheating. The primary game plan accelerates mana in the early turns using ramp pieces like Arcane Signet and Selvala, Heart of the Wilds to deploy Círdan on turn 4. When Círdan enters the battlefield or attacks, its Secret Council ability lets you either draw multiple cards or drop massive game-ending permanents directly from your hand at zero mana cost. High-priority cheat targets such as Koma, Cosmos Serpent, Consecrated Sphinx, and Hullbreaker Horror rapidly dominate the board. The deck amplifies these threats using clone creatures like Spark Double and blink engines like Deadeye Navigator. Robust protection from Asceticism and Heroic Intervention shields your creatures until an overwhelming combat push with Craterhoof Behemoth closes the game around turn 7.
