Deck overview

This deck is a competitive Rakdos turbo combo list led by Ob Nixilis, Captive Kingpin. The deck focuses on accelerating Ob Nixilis onto the battlefield on turn 1 or 2 using dense 0-to-1 mana acceleration. Once the commander is active, any instance of an opponent losing exactly 1 life yields a +1/+1 counter and an impulse-drawn card. This engine synergizes with passive draw-punishers like Orcish Bowmasters and Razorkin Needlehead to generate massive card flow. The primary win condition is an infinite ping loop between Ob Nixilis and All Will Be One or Casey Jones, Back Alley Brute, dealing infinite damage on turn 3. Backup win paths leverage Underworld Breach storm lines with Grinding Station or Lion's Eye Diamond, alongside Ad Nauseam. A tight interaction suite of redirection spells and red elemental blasts protects the win attempt from opposing disruption.
