Deck overview

This deck is a five-color kindred aggro-midrange build centered on Spider tribal synergies and combat dominance under Cosmic Spider-Man. The game plan revolves around deploying low-curve Spiders and utility heroes during the early turns, supported by color-fixing ramp such as Bloom Tender and ten shocklands. On Turn 5, casting Cosmic Spider-Man triggers an immediate combat explosion, granting the entire Spider squad flying, first strike, trample, lifelink, and haste. This sudden keyword proliferation lets the deck swing for double-digit evasive damage, stabilize its life total, and trigger combat damage engines like SP//dr, Piloted by Peni and Araña, Heart of the Spider. The deck closes games around Turn 7 using exponential tribal anthems like Coat of Arms and Banner of Kinship. It maintains resilience through flexible protection like Spectacular Spider-Man and Heroic Intervention, while disrupting opponents with spot exile, targeted countermagic, and tempo taxing from Spider-Woman, Stunning Savior.
