Teval B3 aber mit normalen ländern by danielnator90

Format: Commander

Commander: Teval, the Balanced Scale

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

This is a Sultai self-mill "lands from the graveyard" engine. Teval, the Balanced Scale attacks to mill three and immediately put a land from the graveyard onto the battlefield tapped, and every time cards leave the graveyard she makes a 2/2 Zombie Druid token. Landfall payoffs - Tatyova, Benthic Druid, The Gitrog Monster, Ob Nixilis, the Fallen, Avenger of Zendikar, Hedron Crab - convert those land drops into cards, life, drain, and board presence, while every "leaves the graveyard" trigger feeds Syr Konrad, the Grim, Kheru Goldkeeper, Kishla Skimmer, and Insidious Roots. The 99 is dense with de-facto commanders - Muldrotha, the Gravetide, Six, Kotis, Sibsig Champion, and Meren of Clan Nel Toth - so the engine grinds on with or without Teval. The finish is a Craterhoof Behemoth overrun off a Living Death or Aftermath Analyst mass-return turn, or a slow drain through Syr Konrad, the Grim and the Cauldron of Essence/Gravecrawler recursion engine.
