Kibo by Buhtkis

Format: Commander

Commander: Kibo, Uktabi Prince

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

Kibo, Uktabi Prince helms a Gruul artifacts-matter +1/+1 counters deck that generates banana tokens, uses them for mana and life, and grows its creatures whenever an opponent's artifact dies. The primary win condition is combat damage with trampling, oversized creatures, often amplified by Branching Evolution and All Will Be One. Triumph of the Hordes provides an infect finish, and Aggravated Assault offers extra combat phases. The deck is built around Kibo's synergy with artifacts and apes/monkeys, but has a backup plan of value creatures and counter synergies. It is a midrange deck that wins incrementally through combat and chip damage.
