Deck overview

This mono-red deck combines Dragon tribal power with Treasure synergies under Smaug the Magnificent. The deck accelerates mana on early turns using cost reducers like Dragonlord's Servant and Ruby Medallion to deploy Smaug on Turn 4. Because Smaug has haste, he attacks immediately, turning accumulated Treasures into targeted burn. The deck scales this damage using amplifiers like Terror of the Peaks, Twinflame Tyrant, and Roaming Throne. Additional Treasure generators like Ancient Copper Dragon, Goldspan Dragon, and Magda, Brazen Outlaw fuel explosive plays. To close out games, the deck relies on repeated attacks through extra combat cards like Aggravated Assault, trample overruns from Craterclaw Colossus, or an alternate win with Hellkite Tyrant. Protection pieces like Mithril Coat and redirection spells defend key threats, giving the deck consistent, aggressive aerial reach.
