Deck overview

This deck is a combat-oriented Temur strategy centered on Yasova Dragonclaw. The primary plan is to increase Yasova's power using pump spells, Auras, and Equipment such as Brute Strength, Frenzied Rage, and Marauder's Axe. By boosting her power above opposing creatures, Yasova can pay {1}{U/R}{U/R} at the start of combat to temporarily steal the best creature on the board and attack with it alongside her. The deck plays a fair, aggressive game that grinds down opponents with trample damage and borrowed threats. However, it relies heavily on basic lands and natural card draws, running very few ramp spells, card draw engines, or permanent sacrifice outlets. As a result, stolen creatures return to their owners at the end of the turn, and closing out a multiplayer game requires multiple combat steps. The deck thrives best in casual, creature-heavy battlecruiser metas where borrowing large blockers clears the way for lethal commander attacks.
