Deck overview

This Rakdos Vampire tribal deck uses Strefan, Maurer Progenitor to turn life loss into Blood tokens and cheat Vampires directly into combat. Strefan generates Blood at each end step when opponents lose life and, when he attacks, trades two Blood for a tapped and attacking Vampire with indestructible, bypassing high mana costs. The board then wins through combat enhanced by lords and drain triggers from Sanctum Seeker, Blood Artist, and Vein Ripper, doubled by Bloodletter of Aclazotz. A secondary infinite uses Bloodthirsty Conqueror with Vito, Thorn of the Dusk Rose, Sanguine Bond, or Exquisite Blood to loop any life gain or loss. Anje, Maid of Dishonor and Olivia, Crimson Bride act as hidden engines for Blood and reanimation.
