Deck overview

This is a 200-card Azorius blink/value deck built around Whtz, whose free tap-draw engine (reduced by the 200-card starting size) fuels deep digging into a 75-land shell. The hidden build-around is Abdel Adrian, Gorion's Ward: combined with Archaeomancer and a cost-reduced flicker or with Deadeye Navigator and Peregrine Drake, it loops infinitely for Soldier tokens and mana. Secondary plans are ETB-value midrange and a go-wide kill with Moonshaker Cavalry. Whtz primarily supplies card flow and life; the deck can keep functioning without him because dozens of blinkable draw creatures and Teleportation Circle/Soulherder carry the strategy.
