This is a Gruul exile/impulse-draw value deck helmed by Faldorn, Dread Wolf Herald, built around one central loop: exile the top of your library, cast those cards from exile, and let Faldorn turn every exile cast and land-from-exile into a 2/2 Wolf. The 99 is a dense web of repeatable exile engines - Valakut Exploration, Bonehoard Dracosaur, Wild Wasteland, Party Thrasher, Inti, Seneschal of the Sun, Professional Face-Breaker, Nico Minoru, Runaway, and more - that generate both card advantage and a growing wolf swarm. The deck wins primarily through combat, pumping the board with Beastmaster Ascension or Triumph of the Hordes, with a secondary landfall-burn package in Valakut, the Molten Pinnacle, Ancient Greenwarden, and Valakut Exploration. It plays as a midrange snowball: the longer the game, the more exile triggers, wolves, and landfall value it accrues.
