This is a Gruul "animate everything" deck built around Bello, Bard of the Brambles, whose ability turns every mana value 4+ non-Equipment artifact and non-Aura enchantment into a 4/4 indestructible haste creature that draws a card on combat damage. The deck floods the board with high-MV enchantments - Mana Reflection, Gratuitous Violence, Nature's Will, Guardian Project - plus vehicles and artifact creatures like Esika's Chariot and Rolling Hamsphere, then swings with an indestructible army.
