Deck overview

This is a Rakdos Goblin combo-midrange list helmed by Grenzo, Dungeon Warden. Grenzo is a scalable cheat outlet: you cast him with enough +1/+1 counters to clear the power check on your creatures, then pay {2} to turn the bottom card of your library into a battlefield permanent. The 99 does not lean on that ability. It is a self-contained Goblin deck that wins through two-card infinite loops-Kiki-Jiki, Mirror Breaker with Zealous Conscripts, Dualcaster Mage with Heat Shimmer or Molten Duplication, and Conspicuous Snoop copying Kiki-Jiki, Mirror Breaker off the top-or by exploding Krenko, Mob Boss tokens into Impact Tremors and Sling-Gang Lieutenant drains. The Cauldron of Eternity, Wort, Boggart Auntie, and Alesha, Who Laughs at Fate rebuild after wipes, and Grenzo, Dungeon Warden plus the Cauldron is one extra death-loop, not the spine of the deck. Primary wins are those instant combat loops and the Krenko swarm; Grenzo is an optional accelerator.
