Kilo, Apogee Mind is a Jeskai artifact-counter deck built around turning 'tap' triggers into proliferate value. The primary plan is to load up charge and +1/+1 counters on cheap artifacts, attack with Kilo every turn, and use Tekuthal, Inquiry Dominus to double each proliferate. The deck aims to reach twenty counters on Darksteel Reactor for a literal win, or to weaponize All Will Be One with Deepglow Skate so a doubled counter pool deals lethal damage. Combat with Alibou and Cyberdrive Awakener is the fallback. The commander is a major repeatable engine but not strictly necessary; Tekuthal, Surge Conductor, Karn's Bastion, and Thrummingbird can continue proliferating. There is no hidden commander; the double-faced cards are support pieces.
