Deck overview

Kynaios and Tiro of Meletis heads a four-color group-hug control deck that wins through card-draw alternate conditions rather than combat. The primary plan is to resolve symmetrical draw engines (Rites of Flourishing, Howling Mine, Dictate of Kruphix) and use the commander's end-step draw to dig toward a sorcery-speed win such as Approach of the Second Sun or Triskaidekaphile. Backup plans include Psychosis Crawler and Scrawling Crawler damage, Xyris and Bard token generation, and Repercussion plus Blasphemous Act. The commander is the draw/land engine but not a combo piece; the deck can function without it. No double-faced commander is present.
