Deck overview

This is an Izzet spellslinger deck built around Shantotto, Tactician Magician as both a mana-invested beater and a draw engine. The primary plan is to chain rituals, cantrips, and card-advantage spells to pump Shantotto's power massively, then finish the whole table with a single Chandra's Ignition at lethal power. Around that core, the deck layers two powerful burn enchantments, Aria of Flame and Fiery Inscription, which can grind out wins if the combo line is not drawn. Trigger doublers Veyran, Voice of Duality and Harmonic Prodigy are effectively hidden commanders: they multiply the size of every Shantotto pump and accelerate the burn enchantments. Big-mana spells, treasure generation, and flashback effects provide both the fuel and the redundancy for explosive turns.
