Deck overview

This deck is a four-color big-mana cheat archetype helmed by Nissa, Leyline Tamer. By completely omitting low-mana utility creatures, every creature in the 99 is a colossal, high-impact bomb ranging from Archon of Cruelty and Archfiend of Despair to Serra's Emissary and Darksteel Angel. The deck accelerates its mana across Turns 1–4 with a dense package of 11 low-cost mana rocks, while generating disposable fodder through noncreature token generators such as Skrelv's Hive, Dreadhorde Invasion, and Lingering Souls. Upon reaching six to seven mana, deploying Nissa alongside an immediate land drop cheats an uncounterable monster onto the battlefield while refilling the hand. Alternative transmutation engines like Proteus Staff, Mass Polymorph, and Synthetic Destiny ensure complete operational independence from the commander. Opponents face compounding evasive threats, asymmetric attrition, and rapid table elimination within two combat rotations.
