New Untitled Deck by Darkay

Format: Commander

Commander: Talion, the Kindly Lord

Bracket: 4

Deck overview

This is a Dimir Faerie tempo/control deck built around Talion, the Kindly Lord as a draw-and-drain engine. The primary plan is to use flash Faeries and instant-speed interaction to control opponent turns, trigger Talion by choosing 2 or 3, and build a wide evasive board. Obyra, Dreaming Duelist and Tegwyll, Duke of Splendor turn Faerie ETBs and attacks into damage, while Alela, Cunning Conqueror generates free tokens on opponent turns. Winning is incremental: chip with flying Faeries, drain with Talion/Obyra, and use Stolen by the Fae or Tegwyll's Scouring to create token waves. Hullbreaker Horror answers the stack and can repeatedly bounce permanents. No true hidden commander; Obyra is the deck's practical payoff commander in the 99.
