Deck overview

This is a high-powered Izzet artifact combo deck piloted by Saheeli, the Gifted. The primary game plan is to accelerate with fast mana rocks, use Saheeli's +1 affinity ability to deploy expensive spells ahead of curve, and assemble an infinite mana combo to win with Walking Ballista or Staff of Domination. The deck also contains a secondary combat path through Saheeli's ultimate, copying a board of artifacts for a lethal swing, supported by finishers like Blightsteel Colossus, Ulamog, the Ceaseless Hunger, and Emrakul, the Promised End. The deck is resilient, with recursion from Daretti, Scrap Savant, Underworld Breach, and Academy Ruins, and a robust interaction suite that protects the combo turn. Saheeli herself is a ramp/token engine but not required for the primary combo lines, giving the deck flexibility.
