Jasmine Boreal of the Seven by Loosd

Format: Commander

Commander: Jasmine Boreal of the Seven

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

Jasmine Boreal of the Seven leads a deliberately vanilla army: the deck casts the largest possible creatures that have no abilities, then relies on Jasmine's static to make them unblockable. The commander also ramps by tapping for {G}{W} exclusively for creature spells with no abilities. Early mana dorks and land ramp smooth the curve to turn-three or turn-four threats, while redundant beats let it ignore most removal. The secondary plan is to switch on Ruxa, Patient Professor or trample from Garruk's Uprising when Jasmine is unavailable, and to convert a wide board into a one-shot swing with Zopandrel, Hunger Dominus, Unnatural Growth, or Beastmaster Ascension. There is no hidden commander.
