Deck overview

This deck executes an innovative Orzhov spellslinger strategy led by Silverquill, the Disputant. Rather than slinging traditional burn or storm spells, it casts low-cost token generators and sacrifice-based draw spells, using casualty 1 to copy them. This rapidly multiplies board presence and card advantage. Once a dense army of tokens is assembled, the deck pivots into aristocrat drain effects via Blood Artist, Marionette Apprentice, and Nadier's Nightblade, or delivers decisive bursts of damage with casualty-copied Gruesome Fate, Kinbinding, or wide swings backed by Grand Crescendo. The removal suite is lean and efficient, enabling two-for-one trades when copied with casualty. While the deck lacks blue stack interaction and dedicated tutors, its high redundancy and explosive card drawing make it a resilient and synergistic mid-game threat.
