Format: Commander

Commander: The Great Goblin

Bracket: 2

Deck overview

Rakdos goblin/orc counter deck built around The Great Goblin. The commander turns amass, blight, and other counter placement into direct damage and exiles cards from deaths for card advantage. The deck wins by piling +1/+1 counters on a Goblin/Orc Army while triggering The Great Goblin, All Will Be One, and Lasting Tarfire; combat via Krenko and goblin tokens is the backup. It also hides an infinite persist loop: Cauldron of Souls plus First Day of Class (or Uncivil Unrest) plus Goblin Bombardment deals infinite damage. Prosper, Tome-Bound and Mahadi, Emporium Master generate extra cards and treasures. No hidden commander; Krenko, Mob Boss is a high-impact lieutenant.
