Deck overview

This four-color control deck harnesses Jace, Multiverse Architect at the head of a dedicated Superfriends and polymorph shell. The strategy leverages cheap token generators such as Bitterblossom, Skrelv's Hive, and Staff of the Storyteller alongside efficient mana rocks during the early turns. On Turn 4, Jace enters the battlefield and immediately uses his minus ability to transform a token into an overwhelming threat from among the deck's dense planeswalker suite or utility creatures like Deepglow Skate and Displacer Kitten. Once established, planeswalkers such as Nicol Bolas, Dragon-God, Teferi, Hero of Dominaria, and Ugin, the Spirit Dragon take over the game through asymmetric resource denial, repeated board wipes, and loyalty doubling via Oath of Teferi and Ichormoon Gauntlet. The deck grinds out opponents by taxing combat, wiping hostile creatures, and closing the game with game-ending planeswalker ultimates or evasive token beats by Turn 7.
