Deck overview

This Gruul Dragons deck accelerates into large flying threats and finishes opponents through explosive aerial combat. The commander, Atarka, World Render, grants double strike to all attacking Dragons, turning a modest board of evasive beaters into lethal damage within one combat phase. Early turns focus on land ramp, mana dorks, and Dragon cost reducers. The mid-game deploys high-impact Dragons like Lathliss, Dragon Queen and Drakuseth, Maw of Flames. The primary win condition is massive combat damage boosted by Atarka or Thrakkus the Butcher, frequently accelerated by extra combat steps from Scourge of the Throne or Hellkite Charger.
