Making Everyone Negative by Tlaw92

Format: Commander

Commander: Auntie Ool, Cursewretch

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

Auntie Ool, Cursewretch helms a Jund -1/-1 counter value deck. The primary plan is to accrue cards and tokens from counter triggers, then convert that mass into a Blowfly Infestation token/drain loop or into Tree of Perdition life-swap damage. The commander is a card-draw engine: every counter on your creatures replaces itself, while opposing blights cost life. The Scorpion God acts as a hidden second commander and draw engine; Hapatra, Nest of Scarabs, and Flourishing Defenses generate tokens; Obelisk Spider turns each counter into life drain. Secondary paths include stealing opponents' countered creatures with Necroskitter and finishing through combat with doubled counters.
