Deck overview

This Commander deck is a five-color Dragon Tribal and Reanimator strategy piloted by Scion of the Ur-Dragon. The deck utilizes an accelerated mana base featuring efficient mana dorks like Bloom Tender and Faeburrow Elder alongside classic ramp to deploy Scion on Turn 4. Once assembled, Scion acts as a repeatable, instant-speed tutor that dumps game-winning Dragon payloads—such as Terror of the Peaks, Miirym, Sentinel Wyrm, Atarka, World Render, and Lathliss, Dragon Queen—directly into the graveyard. On Turn 5, the deck transitions into a lethal onset by resolving mass reanimation spells like Living Death or Patriarch's Bidding, immediately generating massive enter-the-battlefield burn damage through Terror of the Peaks and Dragon Tempest to eliminate the entire table in a single turn. Supporting cards like Grand Abolisher, Dragonlord Dromoka, and Restoration Magic protect critical combo turns, while an alternate infinite mana combo with Freed from the Real provides redundant closing power.
