Deck overview

Emmara, Soul of the Accord leads a combat-focused Selesnya token deck. The deck develops through early creatures and moderate ramp, then converts token production into cards, mana, life, and counters. Staff of the Storyteller, Mentor of the Meek, Dawn of Hope, and Idol of Oblivion provide conditional card flow, while Felidar Retreat, Maja, Bretagard Protector, Elspeth, Storm Slayer, and Exalted Sunborn increase the board's size. The strongest closing tools are Beastmaster Ascension, True Conviction, Thunderfoot Baloth, and Moonshaker Cavalry. In ordinary play, the deck can assemble a functional engine around turn 5 and present a serious must-answer board around turn 8. It lacks tutors, stack interaction, and a compact table-kill line. Its main weakness is that a large creature board is not automatically lethal: blockers, removal, and the temporary nature of Moonshaker Cavalry's boost can leave the deck attacking one opponent at a time.
