New Untitled Deck by Aide

Format: Commander

Commander: Doran, Besieged by Time

Bracket: 2

Deck overview

Doran, Besieged by Time is the deck's engine and finisher: his cost-reduction ability lets high-toughness creatures come down early, and his attack/block trigger converts their toughness surplus into huge combat buffs. The primary plan is to assemble a board of creatures whose toughness exceeds power, protect them with hexproof and combat tricks, and kill over two attack steps. Secondary lines lean on +1/+1 counters, flying via Abzan Falconer, small life drains, and Tree of Perdition's life-total exchange as a shortcut. The deck is not a combo deck: it wins through commander-centric combat and is heavily exposed to repeated commander removal and board wipes. Doran is the sole commander; no hidden commander exists.
