This Jeskai deck is led by The Tenth Doctor and Rose Tyler, executing a synergistic midrange strategy centered on the suspend and time travel mechanics. Rose Tyler enters on Turn 2 as an early threat that grows larger whenever time counters are added to permanents or suspended cards.
