Deck overview

This is a Sultai "graveyard-toolbox" Elf deck built around Thranduil, the Elvenking. Thranduil turns every Elf in the graveyard into an activated ability he can use himself: mana dorks accelerate him, Elvish Archdruid/Woodland Weavemaster/Selvala, Heart of the Wilds produce explosive mana, Devoted Druid untaps him, and Fauna Shaman/Prime Speaker Vannifar become repeatable tutors. Self-mill and looting effects like Trystan, Callous Cultivator, Silvan Reveler, and Kagha, Shadow Archdruid stock the yard, while Thranduil's second trigger turns every other legendary Elf into a draw-two. The primary win is a massive pumped swing via Tyvar, the Pummeler, with a compact infinite-Elf loop - Devoted Druid + Presence of Gond + Arwen Undomiel + Elrond, Lord of Rivendell - as the high-roll finisher.
