Deck overview

Lord of the Nazgul commands a Dimir spellslinger and Wraith tribal strategy designed to overwhelm opponents with an aggressive, evasive token swarm. The primary game plan revolves around resolving the commander and chaining low-cost instants and sorceries to generate 3/3 black Wraith tokens with menace. Once nine Wraiths enter the battlefield, Lord of the Nazgul elevates their base stats to 9/9 for lethal combat strikes. Secondary win conditions leverage the deck's nine copies of Nazgul to grow the entire board via Ring-tempting triggers, while Mirkwood Bats, Syr Konrad, the Grim, and Living Death provide devastating life-drain bursts and mass reanimation finishes.
