Deck overview

This deck is an Azorius Spellslinger Combo-Control build led by Zethi, Arcane Blademaster. It pairs efficient card selection, defensive stax elements, and top-tier countermagic with a compact Isochron Scepter plus Dramatic Reversal infinite combo. In the early game, the deck establishes mana velocity using two-mana mana rocks and sculpts its hand with cheap cantrips like Brainstorm, Consider, and Opt. Midgame turns leverage stax pieces like Grand Arbiter Augustin IV and token producers like Monastery Mentor to control the tempo of the table. When ready to close, the deck deploys Grand Abolisher or holds free interaction such as Force of Will and Fierce Guardianship to execute infinite mana loops, finishing opponents immediately with Aetherflux Reservoir or Brain Freeze. If the primary combo is disrupted, Zethi, Arcane Blademaster provides high-resilience recursion by exiling key instants and recasting them every combat step.
