This is a five-color Angel tribal deck helmed by Seluma, Light of Aysen, whose Rulebreaker ability unlocks every color of Angel and all basic land types. The primary plan is to deploy a critical mass of evasive flying Angels, supercharge them with life-gain synergies like Righteous Valkyrie, Archangel of Thune, and Resplendent Angel, and close the game through combat or the Angel of Destiny alternate win. Seluma's combat trigger recurs Angels from the graveyard, feeding a resilient reanimation subtheme alongside Reya Dawnbringer, Emeria Shepherd, Bruna, the Fading Light, and Serra Paragon. Cost reducers like Urza's Incubator and Starnheim Aspirant offset the high curve, while Avacyn, Angel of Hope, Sephara, Sky's Blade, and Sigarda, Font of Blessings make the board extremely difficult to remove.
