Amy Rose by BobJob42

Format: Commander

Commander: Amy Rose

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

Amy Rose leads a focused Boros Equipment/Voltron deck that aims to suit up a single creature-often the commander herself-with a dense arsenal of Equipment and Auras, then close out the game through overwhelming combat damage. Amy's innate haste lets her attack the turn she enters, and her attack trigger attaches one Equipment to her while boosting another attacker. The deck leverages many cost reducers, instant-speed equipping (Sigarda's Aid, Leonin Shikari), and a suite of extra-combat and double-strike effects (Genji Glove, Godo, Bandit Warlord, Embercleave, Reyav, Master Smith) to turn a single equipped creature into a multi-combat chain that ends the table in one turn. The primary win condition is commander damage via a massively equipped Amy, with backup from other Equipment-matters creatures (Wyleth, Soul of Steel, Akiri, Fearless Voyager) and the occasional ability to chain multiple combats. The deck is built to rebuild quickly through creature wipes by keeping Equipment on the battlefield and recasting the commander.
