Deck overview

This is an Azorius Bird tribal deck helmed by Kastral, the Windcrested, built entirely around his combat-damage trigger that reanimates Birds from the graveyard, pumps the whole flock, or draws a card. The plan is to assemble a flying swarm through token generators like Battle Screech, Migratory Route, and Murmuration, then leverage Kastral's trigger every combat to chain value and bury opponents in card advantage. The deck wins through combat damage, amplified by a dense anthem package (Empyrean Eagle, Favorable Winds, Murmuration, Soraya the Falconer, Soulcatchers' Aerie, Kangee, Aerie Keeper) and the double-strike finisher True Conviction. The Lord of the Eagles provides a flash closer that can be cast for near-free once the board is wide. It is a mid-speed, value-oriented tribal deck with a compact interaction suite and no infinite combos.
