Deck overview

This deck is a Jeskai go-wide creature and token strategy commanded by Zinnia, Valley's Voice. The game plan revolves around casting Zinnia and leveraging its offspring ability to duplicate creature entries, generating an expansive board of 1/1 tokens and base-power-1 creatures. Each small creature directly inflates Zinnia's power, transforming the commander into an evasive aerial finisher while building a swarm of ground attackers. The 99 features dense token production via cards like Hop to It, Battle Screech, and Okoye, Dora Milaje Leader, complemented by team anthems including Intangible Virtue, Silverflame Ritual, and Valley Rally. While the deck excels at generating board presence and pushing combat damage across multiple angles, its velocity is constrained by a light ramp package and several tapped lands. Interaction and protection spells like Rootborn Defenses, Negate, and Bofur, Reliable Guardian // Concerted Care provide resilience against opposing removal as the army closes out the table.
