You Don’t Get to Win, I Do. by EmperorSaltine

Format: Commander

Commander: Smaug the Impenetrable

Bracket: 4

Deck overview

Smaug the Impenetrable is the core of a treasure-generation combo deck. The primary plan is to cast Smaug, then use a repeatable damage source such as Pyrohemia or Pestilence to repeatedly ping Smaug. Each activation creates a Treasure that pays for the next activation, producing infinite damage to all opponents and infinite Treasure tokens. The deck also contains independent lines through Kiki-Jiki + Combat Celebrant infinite combat, Hellkite Tyrant's 20-artifact win, and token-drain synergies with Mayhem Devil and Mirkwood Bats. Fast mana and tutors accelerate the assembly, while secondary Smaug dragons add value.
