Format: Commander

Commander: Kykar, Wind's Fury

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

Kykar, Wind's Fury powers a Jeskai spellslinger-token hybrid that turns every noncreature spell into a Spirit and red mana. The primary plan is to set up a draw engine (Whirlwind of Thought, Jeskai Ascendancy, or Elsha of the Infinite) alongside a damage payoff (Guttersnipe, Urabrask, or Sorcerer Class), then chain cheap instants and sorceries into a lethal Grapeshot, Haze of Rage overrun, or a buffed token attack. Elsha is the hidden commander; with Kykar and Sensei's Divining Top it makes a deterministic loop. Secondary paths use goad via Nelly Borca and Bothersome Quasit. The deck is flexible but depends on pairing engine and payoff.
