Deck overview

This deck is a five-color Assassin tribal tempo and combo strategy commanded by Ezio Auditore da Firenze. The game plan deploys cheap mana dorks and rocks on early turns, casts Ezio on Turn 2, and uses menace evasion to connect on Turn 3. Combat damage unlocks Ezio's freerunning ability, allowing the deck to cheat high-cost Assassins like Unstoppable Slasher, Edward Kenway, and Ezio, Blade of Vengeance into play for just {B}{B}. The deck quickly pressurizes life totals with Slasher, setting up Ezio's {W}{U}{B}{R}{G} execute trigger alongside Ramses, Assassin Lord to win the game in a single turn. High-efficiency interaction spells protect the board and disrupt opponents, while Heliod, Sun-Crowned and Walking Ballista provide a compact two-card infinite damage backup plan if combat lines are stalled.
