This Grixis spellslinger/Wizard tribal deck, helmed by Kefka, Court Mage, weaponizes noncreature spells through a dense suite of ping effects - Black Waltz No. 3, Gandalf, Goblins' Bane, Kuja, Genome Sorcerer, Vivi Ornitier, and Wizard tokens from Lindblum, Industrial Regency and Black Mage's Rod - that burn each opponent on every cast. Kefka's front side converts each player's discard into card draw, while his transformed back, Kefka, Ruler of Ruin, turns that life loss into a torrent of cards.
