Deck overview

This mono-red deck turns the battlefield into a chaotic arena by forcing opponents into continuous combat while punishing defensive play. Commanded by Kratos, God of War, the deck grants universal haste and burns players at their end step for every creature that failed to attack. It accelerates this aggression using high-impact attackers that pass around the table, notably Slicer, Hired Muscle and Alexios, Deimos of Kosmos, forcing opponents to trade damage on every turn. Symmetrical tax pieces like Manabarbs and Burning Earth erode life totals, while combat locks like Smoke, Crawlspace, and Kazuul, Tyrant of the Cliffs ensure the incoming attacks are directed away from you. The deck finishes games through sheer attrition, extra combat steps via Moraug, Fury of Akoum and Aggravated Assault, or an instant win with the Godo, Bandit Warlord and Helm of the Host combo.
