Commander: Fire Lord Azula

Bracket: 4

Deck overview

This is a Grixis spellslinger/storm deck built to turn one combat step with Fire Lord Azula into a full kill turn. Her Firebending 2 trigger produces red mana the turn she attacks, and her second ability copies every spell cast while she is attacking - doubling rituals, draw spells, and finishers alike. The deck packs a dense ritual package (Seething Song, Dark Ritual, Cabal Ritual, Pyretic Ritual, Desperate Ritual), cheap card flow, and a 2.47 average MV so the chain can keep going. Primary wins are a stormed-out Grapeshot, usually amplified by Fated Firepower and Twinning Staff, or a Brain Freeze milling opponents out. Underworld Breach and Mizzix's Mastery add graveyard-fueled recursion/loops. Secondary engines like Birgi, God of Storytelling // Harnfel, Horn of Bounty, Storm-Kiln Artist, Archmage Emeritus, and Veyran, Voice of Duality keep mana and cards flowing as the turn spirals.
