Deck overview

This deck is a Jund -1/-1 counters midrange and attrition deck commanded by Auntie Ool, Cursewretch. It focuses on spreading -1/-1 counters across both friendly and opposing creatures to generate massive card advantage, drain opposing life totals, and systematically shrink opposing boards. Key synergy engines such as Hapatra, Vizier of Poisons, Carnifex Demon, The Scorpion God, and Blowfly Infestation turn counter placement into token generation, card draw, and removal. Proactive control elements like Kulrath Knight and Everlasting Torment lock down combat and prevent life gain, allowing the deck to grind opponents out through steady attrition and combat damage. The list relies on efficient spot removal and asymmetric damage spells like Fire Covenant to maintain board dominance while leveraging graveyard recursion to rebuild after sweepers.
