This is a Mardu artifact-value deck that turns Jan Jansen, Chaos Crafter into a repeatable converter: sacrifice a noncreature artifact for Constructs, sacrifice an artifact creature for Treasures, and feed the loop into token doublers and drain payoffs. Haste means he works the turn he lands, so the engine starts on curve rather than after a summoning-sick turn. The 99 supports three parallel plans-Treasure/token multiplication, Equipment combat, and table-wide pings-plus a political package (Xantcha, Sleeper Agent, Curse of Opulence, Disrupt Decorum, Queen Marchesa) that redirects attackers and buys time. There is no assembled infinite combo; the deck wins by drowning the table in Treasures and Constructs, converting those events into life loss with Reckless Fireweaver, Mayhem Devil, and Mirkwood Bats, or by suiting up a wide board and swinging. Revel in Riches is a clean alternate win if the Treasure count hits ten. Jan Jansen is the best sac outlet in the list, but the Equipment, Treasure, and drain suites still function if he is answered.
