Deck overview

This deck is a 5-color Elemental tribal midrange build centered around Ashling, the Limitless. Ashling grants all Elemental permanent spells cast from hand an alternative evoke cost of {4}. When an Elemental is cast for evoke, it enters the battlefield, triggers its enter-the-battlefield ability, and is immediately sacrificed. Ashling's second ability then triggers, creating a hasty token copy of that Elemental and doubling its enter-the-battlefield trigger. The deck uses this mechanic to turn massive threats like Titan of Industry, Maelstrom Wanderer, and Belonging into high-tempo 4-mana spells that attack immediately. Acceleration from Smokebraider, Flamebraider, and cost reducers ensures Ashling is deployed on Turn 3 and followed by a sequence of explosive evoke turns. Card velocity from Risen Reef, Mulldrifter, and Garruk's Uprising refills the hand rapidly, driving toward a decisive combat and direct damage finish by Turn 8.
