Prismari Artistry w/upgrades by Kattz17

Format: Commander

Commander: Rootha, Mastering the Moment

Bracket: 2

Deck overview

Rootha, Mastering the Moment commands an Izzet spellslinger build that generates explosive token armies at combat while leveraging copy effects to multiply threats. The primary plan uses commander-triggered Elementals backed by explosion from cards like Surge to Victory and Rionya, Fire Dancer. Secondary paths rely on free-cast spells from Plargg and Nassari or Creative Technique, and alternative token generators like Brudiclad for closed loops. The hidden commander, Rootha, Mercurial Artist lets you copy key spells later. It's a mid-range tempo deck taking advantage of Many value elements to play a high-impactboard.
