Deck overview

This is a four-color cascade-and-exile value engine helmed by Yidris, Maelstrom Wielder. The deck aims to connect with Yidris early, then chain cascade triggers into a torrent of free spells, generating overwhelming card advantage and board presence. It leverages a dense package of "cast from exile" payoffs-Prosper, Tome-Bound, Faldorn, Dread Wolf Herald, Nalfeshnee-to convert each cascade into incremental resources. The primary win condition is combat damage from enormous threats like Apex Devastator, Etali, Primal Conqueror, and Koma, World-Eater, backed by the occasional extra turn from Nexus of Fate to chain further cascades. The deck also packs a compact recursion engine in Underworld Breach and a suite of premium tutors to find key pieces. It is a high-variance, explosive strategy that rewards careful sequencing and knowledge of the cascade mechanic.
