Deck overview

This deck is a streamlined, all-in Voltron strategy built around Sergeant John Benton. The plan is brutally simple: cast John Benton as early as possible, suit him up with pump spells and protection, and swing in with trample and haste to draw massive cards while eliminating opponents via commander damage. The deck eschews infinite combos, relying on a dense suite of cheap instants-Invigorate, Become Immense, Groundswell-and double-strike enablers like Duelist's Heritage to end games quickly.
