Otter Seek Shelter by Waiatto

Format: Commander

Commander: Bria, Riptide Rogue

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

Bria, Riptide Rogue is an aggressive Izzet spellslinger/storm commander. The deck's primary plan is to cast many noncreature spells each turn, using Bria to make the team unblockable while prowess grows them. The secondary, more deterministic plan is to assemble an infinite mana loop with Kitsa + Dramatic Reversal + Storm-Kiln Artist, then kill with Comet Storm. The commander accelerates the Kitsa combo because Bria gives an extra prowess trigger, letting one spell make Kitsa power 3. The hidden commanders are Prismari, the Inspiration and Thousand-Year Storm, which multiply instants and sorceries for a storm finish when the combo is disrupted.
