Deck overview

This Selesnya midrange deck pairs lifegain engines with token generation and Angel tribal synergies under Trostani, Selesnya's Voice. Early turns focus on mana ramp and deploying soul sister variants such as Soul Warden and Dazzling Angel. By Turn 4, the deck establishes Trostani or recurring token engines like Griffin Aerie and Speaker of the Heavens, rapidly boosting life totals to trigger value engines like Haliya, Guided by Light and Exemplar of Light. By Turn 6, it converts massive life totals and populated tokens into lethal flying threats via Overlord of the Mistmoors, Lyra Dawnbringer, and Rabble Rousing, closing the game around Turn 8 through wide evasive combat damage. Felidar Sovereign offers an occasional alternate win condition. While resilient against aggressive pressure due to high life buffers, the list relies heavily on combat and remains susceptible to repeated sweepers due to modest instant-speed protection.
