Deck overview

This Rakdos deck, helmed by Blim, Comedic Genius, is a dedicated "donate" strategy that weaponizes harmful permanents. The core plan involves deploying cards like Demonic Pact, Immortal Coil, Nefarious Lich, and Aggressive Mining-permanents that punish their controller-then using Blim's combat damage trigger to hand them to opponents. The deck also leverages goad effects (Disrupt Decorum, Kardur, Doomscourge) to force attacks away from you, political donation engines (Xantcha, Sleeper Agent, Bucknard's Everfull Purse), and a robust suite of evasion equipment to ensure Blim connects. Win conditions are attrition-based: opponents lose to donated Demonic Pact's "lose the game" mode, Immortal Coil's graveyard-empty trigger, or Nefarious Lich's departure, supplemented by life drain from Kardur and Prisoner's Dilemma. The deck is a slow-burn control-combo hybrid that thrives on table politics and careful sequencing.
